UNKNOWN MONDAY NIGHT IN MARCH 2017 (Possibly April, May, or June?).

City Council has to vote to approve the lease agreement between the City and the hotel operator.

Without the lease (which is effectively a sale, because it's over 15 years), the project can't proceed.

We need to stop this project, and speak up to denounce the sell-off of public land and the desecration of the Civic Center.

The lease agreement has been delayed and should have been taken up already; we were expecting the lease approval in Nov or Dec 2016, so it's been significantly delayed.  We won't known when the item gets added to the Council agenda until 3 days prior to the meeting.
