On August 15th, Pasadena City Council will be considering certifying the FEIR. This is the final major hurdle standing in the way of the City/the Hotel Developer implementing an agreement, which has not yet been made public, about developing infrastructure which will be to the detriment of the Civic Center.

This imminent hotel project is being built on publicly owned open space directly across from City Hall, without the explicit agreement of the people of Pasadena, and will include the removal of over 30 healthy trees.
